experience of 24 years in the hospitality industry. A powerhouse of
exceptional ideas, our general manager is a true virtuoso in every sense. As
a master planner, his meticulous approach to work ensures a seamless run of
all aspects of the resort. From the tiniest of an issue to the grandest
occasion, he’s got checklists of all checklists. In short, nothing can
actually escape his attention. Adept at thriving under pressure, the
captain’s innate ability helps us sail through high-stress environments with
grace. So no matter how chaotic things are, he can juggle it all with just a
smile. His visionary leadership is the reason for our resort’s continued
success and unparalleled reputation in the Indian hospitality realm.
Varuna Rawat
HR Manager
Introducing our H.R. manager, Varuna Rawat! With a hardcore experience of
13.5 years in Human Resources and Administration, she is the boss of all
things people-related. Require someone to turn all frowns upside down? She’s
the right person to contact. Whether it’s about resolving workplace
shenanigans or recruiting experts, she has got it all covered with her
expertise, calm composure, and charm. A true people-person, she’s got a
knack for hiring the best resources to create dream teams for our resort.
Sobi Ram Banduni
Executive Chef
Fondly renowned as the culinary wizard of our prestigious resort, Mr Sobi
Ram Bandani sways everyone with his delectable delights. With a whopping 35
years of experience, cooking has always been a lifelong love affair for him.
A dash of creativity served with experience and topped with a sprinkle of
FSSAI wisdom is all that he requires to create a symphony of flavours in
every dish he presents. From the production and presentation of new menu
items and supervision to coordination with other departments, our
gastronomic maestro is always ready to create magic in everything he does.
Birender Singh
Executive Bakery Chef
Leading a brigade of 7 talented people, our executive bakery chef, Mr
Birender Singh, is a dough-ninja with an extensive experience of 38 years.
Currently curating wonders in the food and beverage department of our
resort, our chef is known to have a Zen-like calmness. As he leads our
gastronomic adventure at our resort, his whimsical creations prove to be a
delight for our guests’ taste buds.
Vinod Kumar
Chief Engineer
The man behind circuits and bolts, whirrs and gears, Mr Vinod Kumar, is our
Chief Engineer. Boasting an enchanting experience of 16 years in the
industry, he is a walking encyclopaedia of engineering. What’s more, is that
he’s got a side of quirkiness and a flair for sharing his engineering wisdom
with like-minded people.

The backbone of our Sales & Marketing team, Ms Sonam Valiyan, has an
enchanting experience with 14 years under their belt. A dynamic individual,
she is well-known to thrive well under pressure and can pull off all
marketing tasks without a flaw and charm our clients with flair. With a mind
full of courage and a heart full of dedication, she embraces challenges like

Meet our whirlwind of excellence, Mr Vishal, the H.O.D. of Housekeeping
& Facility Management. Experience spanning over 15 years in the
hospitality and corporate industry, he is the king of all things
housekeeping-related. Implementing top-notch standards as his guiding stars,
his commands ensure that chaos at the resort disappears faster than a rabbit
in a hat.

F&B Manager
Say hello to our Culinary Maestro, Mr K Sushant Sinha, the F&B Manager
of The Mars Resorts. With an astounding experience of more than 11 years in
the hospitality industry, he is known to carry a bag full of tricks such as
budget sorcery, planning feasts, and more, which leaves everyone delighted
and their footfalls multiplied. As a mastermind in FOH and BOH operations,
he weaves systems to enable cost savings, customer satisfaction, and
improved revenue.
