In short, nothing can actually escape his attention. Adept at thriving under pressure, the captain’s innate ability helps us sail through high-stress environments with grace. So no matter how chaotic things are, he can juggle it all with just a smile. Say hello to our Culinary Maestro, Mr Yagya, the F&B Manager of The Mars Resorts. With an astounding experience of more than 21 years in the hospitality industry, he is known to carry a bag full of tricks such as budget sorcery, planning feasts, and more, which leaves everyone delighted and their footfalls multiplied. As a mastermind in FOH and BOH operations, he weaves systems to enable cost savings, customer satisfaction, and improved revenue.

Fondly renowned as the culinary wizard of our prestigious resort, Mr Sobi Ram Banduni sways everyone with his delectable delights. With a whopping 35 years of experience, cooking has always been a lifelong love affair for him. A dash of creativity served with experience and topped with a sprinkle of FSSAI wisdom is all that he requires to create a symphony of flavors in every dish he presents. From the production and presentation of new menu items and supervision to coordination with other departments, our gastronomic maestro is always ready to create magic in everything he does.

Executive Chef Bakery and (In-charge Mars Bakery)
Leading a brigade of 7 talented people, our executive bakery chef, Mr Birender Singh, is a dough-ninja with an extensive experience of 38 years. Currently curating wonders in the food and beverage department of our resort, our chef is known to have a Zen-like calmness. As he leads our gastronomic adventure at our resort, his whimsical creations prove to be a delight for our guests’ taste buds.

The man behind circuits and bolts, whirrs and gears, Mr Vinod Kumar, is our Chief Engineer. Boasting an enchanting experience of 16 years in the industry, he is a walking encyclopedia of engineering. What’s more is that he’s got a side of quirkiness and a flair for sharing his engineering wisdom with like-minded people.

HOD – Purchase Department
Satendra Chaudhary, with over a decade in the Material Department at Mars Resorts, manages procurement processes efficiently as the Assistant Manager of Purchase. He adeptly handles purchasing functions, maintains detailed catalogues and price lists, and manages orders to avoid delays and shortages. His skills in coordinating with various departments help streamline procurement, ensuring quality and strong supplier relationships. Satendra's commitment to efficient and effective purchasing makes him a crucial asset to the team.
