With a whopping 35 years of experience, cooking has always been a lifelong love affair for him. A dash of creativity served with experience and topped with a sprinkle of FSSAI wisdom is all that he requires to create a symphony of flavors in every dish he presents. From the production and presentation of new menu items and supervision to coordination with other departments, our gastronomic maestro is always ready to create magic in everything he does.

Leading a brigade of 7 talented people, our executive bakery chef, Mr Birender Singh, is a dough-ninja with an extensive experience of 38 years. Currently curating wonders in the food and beverage department of our resort, our chef is known to have a Zen-like calmness. As he leads our gastronomic adventure at our resort, his whimsical creations prove to be a delight for our guests’ taste buds.
